We don’t focus on trophies or competitions, just real traditional self defense taught in a safe environment with certified instructors.
We also have 29 old temple forms, some dating back to when Mozart was composing music. Most that used to be their own system and all that came with their own theory and philosophy.
At Mindful Kung Fu we primarily work with the 4’ staff, cane and Chinese sword. We have two exciting staff patterns created by my teacher Grandmaster Don Baird. We also work with practical staff defense one on one as well.
